You can exchange or return your order during the inspection upon receipt in the presence of the shipping representative. In the event of non-receipt for any personal reason, you must pay the full shipping fees.

All orders are shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation and Receipt Terms

1. Order Processing:
Once your order is confirmed, it will begin processing immediately and is non-cancellable unless there is a genuine defect or problem with the product.

2. Cancellation or Refusal to Receive:
If an order is canceled for any reason unrelated to product quality, or if it is refused after confirmation, the customer will bear the full shipping costs.

3. Postponement:
Postponement of receipt is permitted only once, for a maximum of 48 hours, provided the representative has not yet arrived.

4. Compliance with Specifications:
If you receive a product with a *defect or a clear difference from the specifications sent*, we will bear all shipping and exchange costs.

5. Independent Policy:
We operate according to our own system, not affiliated with any other page or store. Confirming your order means you fully agree to these terms.
